Looking for simple, easy to install and use multisite solution

I’m looking for simple multisite solution with website directory function. I’ve read about Drupal’s multisite, but it’s not real multisite, because I still need to use a lot of tables for each domain, different modules installation etc.

I wonder is there any OS CMS which has real multisite feature. For example, Magento has multisite feature and it’s great and easy-to-install, but it’s ecommerce solution and I need directory…

If there is no any solution, please tell me about simple PHP multisite framework with user login and page edit feature or something like this.

Do you mean something like cPanel? Multi-domain or just multiple subdomains?

Multi-domain solution, but not like cPanel. cPanel is the software for hosting management and I need something like CMS.
