Hello Buddies!!! I need some help, I want to know what are the things needed to be consider when choosing VoIP provider (like Skype, [noparse]Phone.com[/noparse], AT&T and so on)?
There are always things to take into consideration but I would say the quality of the service itself would be the first. Other factors are important too. Like how easy is to use and to understand, rates, etc.
I’ve been using Vonage since 2004, and I have no complaints. Just don’t fall into the trap of using the Vonage modem as a network connection. Plug it in to a switch and don’t plug anything else into the Vonage modem. It’s inexpensive, and I’ve never had a problem with them.
