Hi,
I wish to promote our HelpDesk System (SaaS model). For the same, we are looking for the publishers & Networkers. Please help me know any CPA program / directory

Have you tried Google Adsense first to find out what your CPA would be ? Do you have one in mind ? Does your ‘offer’ convert. You need to understand this before you approach the networks.

I’d also look at some of the offerings digital river has put together. They offer networks that are specifically focused on software that might work better for you.

I would look into google affiliate network.

There you can pick and choose from the publishers that apply for your ads.
