I’m looking for Internet Marketing Affiliates to promote my WordPress App based premium themes.
We are PRO theme developers at WordPress.org.

Well, you could find a lot of them in internet marketing forums ofcourse. Also, maybe you could try in wordpress forums.
I tried a few forums but didn’t find anyone who has good experience in IM 
Put a prominent link on your home page inviting prospective affiliates to apply. After all, it’s the people who are interested in your product (and who might even have bought it for their own use) that are among your potential affiliates. Have the link take them to a page that sets out all the details of your affiliate programme - including a link for signing up. Above all, be sure to provide all the information they are likely to need (perhaps in the form of an FAQ), and a contact address where they ask further questions.
