I’ve recently finished building a fancy video slider with animations and I’m using the new version 3 of Modernizer to detect when the video slider should be loaded (or just a simple image with animations).

I have a working demo if you want to have a look? I’d have to double check my code, but I’m sure that when I was trying it on multiple mobile browsers it acted weird (sometimes it would say there was no support, other times it said there was support but after you refreshed it said there was no support etc) Let me know if you want the link.

@Ryan_Seddon thanks for doing this. Inevitably it was at a time of day that didn’t work for me (after midnight rarely does), however, having just read through the Q&A, there was some great stuff in here.

I wish I’d thought of this before, and am slightly surprised it didn’t come up anyway, but “How are you viewing the potential effect of developments such as ad blockers and AMP on Modernizr?”
