Linked Tube Tutorial without guitar strings ;-)

Good Morning from Wetherby UK

OK I’m desoerately trying to add a link from a YouTube video to an external site (Not another You Tube video).

Here is an example of a video clip that has done iut successfully:
http://www.linkedtube.com/m3Qj02A3URo7d62f23f0d2c90e879da57102b1a3928.htm

But the only tutorial i can find is this:
LinkedTube - YouTube
But is there a better one?

Any insights welcome

What do you mean by “better”? Did you try the steps in the video you linked to, and did they not work?

For your videos hosted on YouTube, you cannot do this.

LinkedTube does this only for YouTube videos that are hosted on websites external to YouTube. I’ve looked at LinkedTube in the past and didn’t think it was a very good option to employ.

Just accept that, if you want your videos on the YouTube network, then you have to play to the YouTube rules of the game

YouTube makes displaying a video in an external site tremendously easy. If you go to the video you want to display, click on the “Share” and then the “Embed” buttons, and copy the code into your site. That’s it.

The OP is looking for extra services that add clickable links to the video.

Ah, woops, that’s an entirely different kettle of fish. Thanks for the clarification. Rock on, Zygoma.
