Link won't appear until I remove this

I’m using a PHP script.
This link won’t appear in the page:

Until I remove this part:

And then when I see the link, without that part, and select it this shows in the browser bar:
…/image_uploader.php and the page simply shows “An error has occurred”.

Any help/ideas with having the link appear on the page without removing that part, would be appreciated.

The code you’ve posted is not PHP. What is it?

It would be more helpful if you posted your code as text with 3 backticks on a line before and after rather than as images.
