You have already started one thread on link-building, to which you have never returned. I suggest if you have any questions which have not already been answered in that thread, you should ask them there.
We have had a number of recent threads on off-page optimisation, including one asking an almost identical question.
I suggest you read those, and if you then have a more specific question, please feel free to post again. Meanwhile, I’m closing this thread.
