Hi guys.
Am going start some serious link building and need a couple a bit of advice please.
I am going to create some articles using a keyword for each article - was gonna to use something like this http://buykeywordarticles.com/ . What I needed to know was (correct me if I am wrong) can I submit the same article to numerous article sites? and do people use any free article submitter sites and which one do people use?
My website is a service for removals etc, in terms of good sites to link build with what do you recommend. I was thinking of probably newspaper sites advertising services ie removals etc? Can anyone recommend? Have just submitted my site to Yahoo local and have noticed a boost in hits.
Hi, I am also learning SEO and just want to share my ideas
I believe it’s ok to post same articles on multiple article sites. But remember to post original to your site first and wait for google to index it first.
Just submit to other search engines, directories and other websites. It will be great if you can submit to dmoz (and get listed). It’s hard to do.
Yeah I am doing a lot of SEO research myself at the mo.
Wasnt thinking of placing the articles on my site. Just on article sites and having anchor text on my articles linking to my website. Think if I placed an article on my site and then submitted to article sites that will be classed as duplicating text on my website and I could get penalised…well I think its the reason.
Yeah, Have tried Dmoz but still no joy. Wondering should I try again or is that a bad thing to do…oooohhh so many rules
Yes I don’t have success with dmoz too. Well, you can post on your site first then maybe rewrite the articles and post on other site. That’s better. Although I am posting same articles but to my site first. Once indexed, I posted to other site. So google knows that I am the original author and won’t get penalized.
So you post articles on your own site and then submit the same article to numerous article sites? Am not sure that is good practice. Can someone confirm please?
I dont think its a bad idea of submitting the same article to different article posting sites. And if you think that its not a good idea then you can change the article a bit and then you can post. Using the keywords in each and every article is quite important.
I will not advice you to post the same article in different site if you are targeting google for listing. Change article little bit and target different keywords or phrases per article.
By far the quickest way to get ranked on your major keywords is to build lots of high pr backlinks with anchor text and to vary the types of links and then make sure the landing pages anchor text matches the anchor text in the link. Quantity is quickest!
These days every major search engines take into consideration the link popularity algorithm. Link building marketing campaigns are based on a voting system, the more web sites link to you, the more popular you appear in the eyes of search engines, they reward sites that are judged as more valuable by other web sites ( when they place a link to your site). This system is also known as Google page rank. Unfortunately even targeted reciprocal link exchanges directories are not as good as they used to be and benefits are minimal. SEM (Search Engine Marketing) services are both expensive and results are not guaranteed…
We can submit the same article to different article directories. Most of the directories allow two links in the resource box. Also we can create a huge no. of back links using Yahoo site explorer for doing blog commenting. Submit the URL to multiple high PR directories & also do some social bookmarking for it. This all process will definitely cause a great hike in the search engine rankings.
