Legal issues associated with using celebrity names etc?

i am making a small fun quizz site for school, and i am wondering if there are any legal issues with referring to celebrity and using images of theirs.
such as if i were to make a quizz, “are you like tom cruise?”, or “which movie would you be best suited too?”, I understand that i would need to find a creative commons image, but is there any issues with using their names and referencing their traits and personality?

Legally speaking, like any other image or photograph, you would need to have permission to use the photographs either from the individual or company that owns the rights to the photograph.

But, not all photographs of public figures retain copyright–some have been released into the public domain by the original owner of the image.
