[kayako] Unable to add Staff account

Hello,

unable to to add staff account. when i click on insert staff and fill the required details and when i click insert it loading loading and loading for long time about 30 min but still staff account is not created.

Are you see the loading icon in general tab in screenshot. it loading like this for an min and hours but staff account is not creating.

Please tell me how to solve this. what i have do.

Please suggest me your tips.
