Hello, I could make this a very long post, but I will try to get away with a brief description of the problem, which I think will work. I am new to Joomla and when I loaded my site, with a Joomla theme that I found on the NET, I found that the links on both the top and the bottom do not match the appropriate editing page found in the admin. A couple to not have editing at all and most had completely different information in the editor then what was on the equivalent site page and when the information was changed, the site page did not see a change at all. I have a feeling that this has something to do with the theme not balanced with the default theme and database. Can anyone tell me if they have seen this problem, what is the cause of it, and how to fix the situation so all content has an editor? Thanks
Make sure you refresh ( “F5” in FF and IE ) the page before checking to see if things have changed. You may even need to dump what you have in the temporary internet folder for IE before you see the page change.
