Is there a joomla module that works in 1.6 that allows for a closeable promo bar like the one seen on SitePoint Blogs » Web Design, Web Development, Freelancing, Tech News and more
Preferrably one that can be placed in any module posistion. It does not have to be for promos however the close feature needs to be available.
