Are we expecting another Hiroshima and Nagasaki or what? Its been more 10,000 confirmed deaths so far. We will need to join our hands and help Japan to get out this situation.
The fact that 10,000 people have died in Japan, as sad as it is, has nothing to with nuclear power and lots with nature. I mean that I don’t understand the first part of your post. As far as I know, the nuclear central facility affected by the tsunami is holding well and there are only some minor problems with refrigeration.
I do agree with you that we should help Japan from such a terrible situation in the same way that we should help Christchurch, in New Zeland.
Yes, nature will win in the end. A single meteor could do us all in.
But yes, I have heard about troubles with the nuclear reactors. Apparently due to power outages the plant’s cooling system was shut down, so they were using seawater for coolant… not good… at this point I’m seeing “risks remain.”
But I agree with the above: what does this have to do with Hiroshima or Nagasaki? It’s closer to Three Mile Island or Chernobyl, if anything.
It’s hard to accept, but it’s nature’s way of balancing this polluted earth. We’ll never know when it’ll happen again and where. Sending my prayers to all affected. Hope everything will be fine.
no human can truly know or predict what nature can do or when will it happen next. we should join hands and help our brothers in times of hardship.
I think we can expect as Maya calender already predict the end of the world in 2012 so its just a trailer for that…
It’s hard to think how big the Nuclear Powerplant will cause to our mother Earth. I hope that the government of Japan have a solution and they should also asked help to other countries to avoid disaster.
