It's Been A While - What Are Good/Reliable General Ad Networks

It’s been a while since i’ve been looking through ad networks, but here are the ones I typically think of for general banners in no particular order:

TribalFusion (the best), ValueClickMedia, Casale, BurstMedia, lijit

Those are the ones I can think of. Can you recommend some that are paying that I have not thought of? Working on making some ad chain adjustments on the lower tiers.
