These are my specs:Apache 2.2, Php 5.3, MySQL 5.1.49, & phpMyAdmin 3.3.4.
I have apache installed and get the “it works” page. Php is installed and from localhost phpinfo.php runs and from a cmd promt i can interact with mysql with no problem. The issue is phpMyAdmin in the htdocs folder will give me a login prompt from http://localhost/phpMyAdmin whether i type in the correct pass or not I get this error (Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.) I run Wamp and Xampp but would prefer to learn how to run the services without these prepackaged apps. O btw I’m using Windows 7 as well. Any help will be appreciated very much.
