No. If there were, it would work, “in theory,” by reverse engineering search engine algorithms. At least that’s the only way I could conceive of doing in. But that would mean you’d need to know the algorithm in detail, and you’d probably need a team of geeks similar to the one at Google.
yes, there most definitely are “artificially intelligent” search engine optimization applications
google is one, yahoo is one, bing is one …
all of these search engines are pretty smart
in theory, they work by applying the results of centuries if not millenia of manhours to the design and implementation of algorithms to determine how to rank web pages for search keywords
if they can do it, so can you – just go out and hire a few hundred or thousand PhD-level engineers, give them about 10 years and lots of computers, and you can have your own artificially intelligent seo application
