Is there a MS Filter for Box Shadow Inset IE8 and Ie7?

I was looking to see if there is a -ms-filter for a Box Shadow Inset. Anyone know of any? " Inset "

Thank you…

I’ve seen things like this:

style="FILTER: DropShadow(Color=#0066cc, OffX=5, OffY=-3, Positive=1);width:300px;font-size:20pt;"

style="filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.dropShadow (OffX='-2', OffY='-2', Color='#c0c0c0', Positive='true')"

(more here) … but I’d be inclined to let JS do this, if you must have it, as filters seem to cause so many problems:

http://css3pie.com/
http://www.fetchak.com/ie-css3/

I’ve had the most success with css3pie for box shadows and the shadow filter for text shadows.

filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(color=#333333,direction=45,strength=1);

Be careful with the IE filter as it kills border radius, transforms and other things.
