What tool do you use to find out the precise location for a css code in a style sheet for a particular part on a website please?
Well i use google chrome which has a built in tool called inspect i think it similar for firefox as well and IE has developer tools you can use those by pressing f12.
Just look up developer tools for what ever browser you are using. Try hovering over the part of the website you want to inspect and right click and you should see a menu item for inspect or developer tools or something similar.

Right click with the mouse → Inspect Element.
It is similar in many browsers
