I keep search around, but still cant get a very good answer to this question. Is SERP result vary VIA browser and login ID?
SERP Result may vary in case of login. i.e. while you are logged in. But SERP result do not vary at all whileyou change browser.
SERP result is independent of browser.
SERP results may vary in case of different locations, but the not on the basis of browser and login IDs. By login you can manage the results but not the actual rankings! whoever says that the SERP’s are different with different browsers is absolutely WRONG!
Always check ranking using online tools such as seoserp, rank checker etc to get the perfect ranking.
Yeah, SERP results may vary by using login ID. When you are doing SERP for actual ranking, clean-up your cookies, caches and log-out from your ID. Actually, the SERP will fetch results from your cookies and caches too.
Yes, search results very if you check from different browsers or while you are logged into your google account.
Here is a list of other factors which may vary SERP rankings,

The only reason you might see different results in different browsers is because of your login or Google history. If you’re logged into Google on one browser but not another, or you use one browser for work and one for personal, that will affect the results you see when using the two different browsers. But it isn’t down to whether you’re using Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc per se, just what else you’ve been doing with them.
Thank you Stevie D, now I am clear.
Actually in SERPing you must not log in to your account so that you can see the live SERP result manually.
Whenever you are going to check the ranking or want to see SERP you should clear the browsing history first and need to Log out from the Email Id. Because your id generate cookies and restore the previous browsing data so that it can effect your SERP and ranking of the keywords.
The another way to check the SERP and ranking for the keywords you can use the New Incognito window in Chrome. This window doesn’t restore the history and any other cookies, you can simply can go there and can check the right SERP and Ranking for the cookies.
Thanks
If you are logged in to your account then Google will show personalized search . Some days back Google announced that It will incorporate data from Google Plus profile in your search results so results will certainly vary.
