Is it possible to stop this article hiding on mobile devices?

I wouldn’t call that an article, it is just a video. I’m not sure why it hides on mobile devices because you use HTML5. But there’s so much code there that I feel that it would take me a lot of time to know.

Does it hide in every single mobile devicce? I haven’t tested myself, I have to say.
