The thing that will most likely affect your SEO is the misspelling of your chosen keywords.

far away target keyword
i talk about multi title for one post

Are you saying that you have set the meta <title> tag to “the best tatto remover tools in 2018” using Yoast, and that the title of your post - using <h1> tag (or whichever level is appropriate) is “tatto remover”?

If that’s the case, you have no cause for concern. It’s perfectly normal for the meta title to differ from the page or post title.

However, as @chrisofarabia says, you should spell-check your post - and especially your keywords - if you want any benefit from it.

Hey brother,
That will not going affect you in any way.
Relax.

Yoast SEO for WordPress enables you to add enticing titles to your posts. It will not affect anyway.

NO its normal using different title for post and Yoast plugin

Hi!
You do everything right. I do the same thing, because titles have more influence on SEO and it can be different from h1, with more keywords and so on)

I don’t think that will cause any problem… As you added title “The best tatto remover tools in 2018” on Yoast ,there is no way to get conflicted with the default title "tatto remover" that you posted on your site. I think you know What Yoast does to you.its a Seo plugin for wordpress to optimize content and other things. As i know Unless you add any title or meta description manually on Yoast, It will take the default title as the page title. But if you add any custom or optimized title then it will ignore other default elements as the default title or meta description and will only focus on that you added through Yoast . So as you edited your title "The best tatto remover tools in 2018 " this is and will remain your optimized page title for the Search engine.
You can use it to optimize your content also as to highlight your “focus keyword” , “keyword density” , etc.
Hope you find it helpful.
Regards

No Dear its is ok as per the seo factor. Most of the people who are doing this done in a same way.

Using two different title will not hurt your SEO but misspelling will do. So just like the other suggestions, always spell check your post. Make sure that you proofread your content, including the title.

No, there is no negative effect for SEO when changing your meta title. Instead of a negative effect this will have a positive impact to your post.

For ranking in search engine it can be problem when changing title, this is why dont need to change title regularly. Changing title can be hurt seo ranking. Once it index in search engine then there will be no problem.

I think there is no bad effect of adding different titles for a website.

The title of your page and Yoast title both are different. So it can’t effect negative for SEO purpose.
