I did not think HostGator has a quality live support, since they asked you wait for at least 5 min to see a response.
Also I’ve seen many big websites which host more than 5000 user online, is using GoDaddy hosting package. Maybe you are not lucky here?
GoDaddy is principally a domain seller and if you are serious about your website you will want to go with a true hosting company. Godaddy has had some issues with outages in recent times not unlike the larger and conglomerated hosting companies of EIG. If you want quality hosting at a reasonable price look for a mid level company that really still has the consumers best interests at heart. Many good mid-level hosting companies with multiple years of experience are still in the market and offer high quality products at an affordable price.
im using from last 6 years…and never found any complain.
