Doing exercise is the only way to help me lose weight. I don’t have time to do it on weekdays, rely on weekends. I enjoy hiking the most, followed by cycling.

Exercise is great for helping you feel more energized. Also it will keep you healthier (obviously). Eating right multiple times a day is what really matters.

I always try to stop in the middle of the day and just stand up a stretch and do a quick walk around the office. I find it makes me way more productive after I do that plus I just feel better.
Oh, a bit of exercise is healthy and it gives you energy and makes you feel better… if I only had the will power to do it!

It is necessary, especially if you have a seated job in front of computer, i don’t have time to work out at the gym so i do some exercises periodically at home
Here’s the thing with me - i get supernd excited about doing a new kind of workout, then i get lazier and lazier and end up not going anymore… That being said, exercise does make you more energetic and feel healthier.

I don’t like exercising and I still don’t, don’t like it one bit.
I don’t see the point in lifting weights up and down like a machine.
But I do like to dance.
Get yourself a dance pad and any console that lets you hook up DDR.

a) you need room
b) you need a dancing game and/or console
c) you need that your family lets you play or they want to play with you…
