IOS vs Android maps

When making an app for Android and IOS. Is there anything I should think about when using maps?
Is it better to use Google maps with Android and Apple own maps for IOS?
Any pros or cons? Any limitations if you have many users on the app?

No one?

As per my knowledge and experience, It’s better to use separate maps for Android and iOS. Yes, It’s better to use google maps with Android and Apple maps in iOS devices. Google maps will work in iOS but when we compare, Apple maps are working better in iOS while google maps in android.

I totally agree with @kevinmartin2708, but for a centralised management portal, it is better to with one (Google maps in this instance). You will have one centralised location to manage everything (API keys, payments, etc).

Hello there, It’s ideal to utilize Google maps with Android and Apple maps in iOS gadgets. Google maps will work in iOS yet when we look at, Apple maps are working better in iOS while Google maps in android. Thanks.

If you are using Cordova to make your different app versions, and your map page is separate, you can use both by putting the pages in the /merges folder. Then whatever platform is output, it will grab its format from /merges.
