can you tell me any online or offline IOS emulator where i could test my apps.

If you’re on a Mac, there is the iOS Simulator that comes with the Mac Dev Kit. A big download, but very handy for testing.

OK, so the Simulator isn’t an option. Over the years, all the options I’ve seen have proved not worth using—except Browserstack.com, which Ryan mentioned.
