How can we implement AI in any enterprise-level app? What’s the roadmap of it?

I have not had any computer science classes in a college but I assume you were taught system design. In system design we first define requirements then we analyze how to satisfy those requirements. Right? I think what you are asking is how to do things backward. You have a solution and you are trying to find the requirements.

Or for that matter, the need at all.

Not everything in the world needs AI. Arguably, many less things than already do.
