This is my first post on SP forums and I’m excited to be part of the big community.
I just got into web design as a means of developing an intranet site for my company. I have the site designed and posted on our network share. However, I have an issue when it comes to accessing the site.
The permissions are configured correctly (Read/Execute), and they can access the site, but I don’t want anyone to be able to view the share folder. Currently, they can also navigate to the network share (albeit with read-only permissions). Is there a way of allowing them to access the website, but not the network share?
I know this is a little more administrative, but I haven’t got an answer from any of my support sites. Thanks is advance!
