International Business Company, where can i find a registered agent

that’s tax evasion and it is illegal. You may find yourself in jail :shifty:

then if i will pay a tax on income in my country, it will be legal? i don’t want to jail, i wanna do business

I’m sure it would be legal if you wanted to pay tax in your home country, then pay a bunch of fees and expenses to operate an offshore company that doesn’t bring you any benefit. So, I’m not sure if I would call that ‘doing business’ but you can waste money if you want to.

If you are looking for strategies to reduce your taxes, you can find them by consulting with tax experts and learning the environment in which you do business. There are great ways to reduce taxes if you are willing to work that them, but just operating through an offshore entity is usually a loser unless you blatantly hide income or leave the money in the offshore location.

I don’t understand why it it so bad. I open an offshore. I operate through it. When i wanna take an income, i pay a couple of % to the bank for withdrawal. I pay once in year tax in offshore (about 600-800$), i pay tax on income in my country. It is all legal and i have a little less tax and i don’t have any problem with authorities.

Sure, but how is it that you have less tax in your own country unless you leave most of the money in the offshore location?

Do you think that it would be better to make a company in my own country than make an offshore company? I don’t really know how my country (Belarus) positioning itself in the international market. Would my potential clients works with me if i am from Belarus. I have found not so expensive registered agent <snip/>. How do you think would be the right way to choose between offshore or company in my own country.

It’s still not clear what you are going for, exactly.

If you are in Belarus, you are in Belarus. If you are in Belarus and your company is registered in Panama or the US, you are still in Belarus. Having a registered agent doesn’t change that.

If you operate from Belarus but pretend you are somewhere else, then you are positioning yourself as a dishonest company. If I hired a company from Delaware and it became immediately obvious that they were somewhere else (which it would) I wouldn’t trust them anymore.

You are making a decision that you can’t really make - you are where you are and unless you want to operate as a complete fraud there isn’t much you can do about it. Instead of trying to look like something different than you are, why don’t you just compete in the business world through quality, marketing, sales, strategy, speed, or whatever your strengths are?

I am in the offshore development world for years and I can tell you that a company that is operating through a offshore/Carribean entity but is actually in E. Europe in a non-starter. Companies in E. Europe have enough trouble overcoming the fact that people perceive that part of the world as have a lot of fraud, corruption, etc. and adding in on offshore entity makes it look even more suspicious (as if you are trying to hide money and evade taxes).

Focus on doing great business and try to win that way.
