Where a user can upload a photo and try on different colours of lipstick, eye shadow etc. I have searched and searched and cannot find anything.
Please can someone help me out with any info on this, I would really appreciate it.

You probably can’t find anything because it is difficult to do which is why the service you cited exists in the first place. If you look at their portfolio not even top named companies in this sector are using their own proprietary solution they are using that service.
