Intense Forty-Eight Hours (of Web Development)

My weekend was CONSUMED by my participation in RailsRumble. It was a lot of fun!

There are some very interesting applications that were created during the Marathon (hack-a-thon) event. Check them out.

My entry was the BusinessSpew(BS) Generator, a tongue-in-cheek Business application that you may find useful.

Comments, critique, criticisms and accolades gladly accepted.

I don’t know if it is useful or not… I will try to put it to some good use… but it certainly is very, very cool.

Good job!

Have any ideas for next years? :stuck_out_tongue:

That is a very good question. I have so many ideas tumbling in my head (lost in the vacuum, among the echoing voices  ).
It would compromise any competitive edge if I revealed them here - so soon. And by that time (when we are in Web 3.xx!!) there will be other things that apply.

But, it was gratifying to see that TWO of my ‘alternate’ ideas this year were implemented by someone else as part of the competition. “Great minds…”, eh?

You even had the time in those 48 hours to have ‘alternate’ ideas? Now it is when I’m impressed… No that your project wasn’t impressive, of course… I would NEVER say that… but having the time for ‘alternate’ ideas does have a little bit of merit. Just a bit :stuck_out_tongue: runs and hides very, very far so she can’t get catched
