Install Red5 Streaming Server on RHEL 5

Hi,

I want to install Red5 Streaming Server on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (RHEL5).

I google out for it and found various tutorials on red5 installations on centos, ubuntu, fedora but didn’t get for RHEL5.

Also if many tutorials i didn’t get exact feedback from the users when they are installing, like most common issue was of jdk installation and path difference.

If someone have already installed red5 on Red Hat successfully, please give me that site url so i don’t messed up the installation on my new fresh Linux

Thank

Cool steps to install red on linux

Use the tutorial you found for CentOS. CentOS is, literally, RHEL without the RedHat name.

Ok,

So any tutorial you use or suggest which gives complete 100% working of Red5 without any problem.

Thanks

Depends how you installed it. If you used some kind of package manager to install it, use the same package manager to remove it.

Well it was install from the source didn’t use any rpm or debian package to install it.

Thanks
