Input style does not work on Safari for iPhone

The following style does not appear to be working correctly on Safari for iPhone, but it works on Safari for Mac. Why might this be happening? Screenshots attached. Thanks.

.submit-compareThese { padding: 1px 6px; font-family: Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold; font-size: 13px; cursor: pointer; cursor: hand; text-transform: uppercase; background-color: @xbHeadingColor; color: #FFF; border: none; margin: 0 5px; }

Apart from the fact that a Mac is computer and it is very likely that there’s more room there… what is exactly what we have to see?

You have to override the default iOS styles. Try adding this:

-webkit-appearance: none;
