I have WHM setup to backup all my cpanel accounts every other day. I’m trying to decide whether to do incremental or compressed. I have about 100GB of information that needs backing up, and a lot of that is media files.
What would be better choice?

If the files change a lot - compression If the files hardly ever change - incremental
Since you said you’ll be backing up media files which don’t ever change, I’d go for incremental. It’ll cost you less disk space than compression.
