Increasing font size messes format?

I’m trying to replicate a design I like, but why (if I press CONTROL and + to increase the font size, does it screw with the formatting?

Hi,
You must be using “zoom text only” in FF or Safari-4. The reason, well it’s zooming text only. You have a 38px height set on your list elements on line 98 in your style.css. Naturally if only the text size is increased it will spill out.

I assume that is what you are talking about, try using “zoom” instead.
