We coded a search engine wrapper and released a beta.
The amount of visits was huuge and 263 sign up users in 5 days but the churn rate very high, about 97%.
How do prevent this and enhance the general user experience?

Maybe explain why this would be better than searching on other search engines and/or using chatgpt.com? I mean, you are going into the hardest category there is probably right now and if you are just going to stick a search in a user’s face and lock your AI search behind a sign up, you are going to get high churn.
Explain to users what makes yours better than the competition and why I would need to take the time to sign up with your service. If your only differentiator is that you wrap other services, most people are not going to see that as much value… especially when Google and Chatgpt can do pretty much everything a user wants right now.
