Hello everyone!
i wanted to know from the Qualified Web Developers/Designers in your opinion is it good for a web developer to have both Graphic Design/Web Development programming Diploma’s?

Two Diploma’s is always better than one 
but i think good portfolio is much more important than any Diploma’s
I agree.
Also Design and Development are so different from one another that it is extremely rare for someone to be good at both. You are probably going to be better off picking whichever of the two you are better at and concentrate more effort into building a good portfolio based on that one rather than trying to split your time between the two. Once you are well established in whichever one you are best at you might then consider trying to learn more about the other.

Its a great advantage at both ends if you know a little of both whilst likely being stronger in one area.
