Please tell me what are the illegal domain name regarding trade mark? Are you aware?
If a name is trademarked, let’s take Reebok for instance, and you register a domain reebok.com, the company can take it away from you because they own the trademark and you are infringing upon it.
I suppose you need to create certain rules for yourself and follow them all the time. I recommend you the forllowing:
- If you are not sure if domain name is trade market or not better not register such domain name at all as that could be money wasting.
- Be sure that domain names like google75454225.com is not trademarket ones, unless someone owns trademark google7545422.

Another one legal issue on this topic. If the trademark registered in one country would it be safe to register ccTLD from another country where this tm isn’t registered?
Don’t get other domains that allow use of other companies then it will be illegal that is my advice.
I think you’d be in better shape to pick out a fresh new domain that is short and easy to remember (for your visitors) and go with that. Why try to use a trademark? Especially if it can be taken and get you sued!
That is done in hopes that will work for the domain name as well. Aka move another brand working for own profit. I have never done that but I certain that will never work.
