IE8 Div Selection Lines Appearing?

Its probably easier if I just link you to the site:

If you view it in IE8 lines appear at the top and mid way down - as if its trying to select a div - but im not sure why… Same if you click on another div (it will surround it)

Why is this & is there a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

The offending rule: a:focus,:focus {outline: 1px dotted #000;}
Notice the extra “:focus” ?

Lesson learnt: fully understand base stylesheets made available on the internet before using them… Oh how I feel like a bad designer now… :frowning:
