I’d appreciate some recommendations on sites that allow people to post website ideas and are asking for free collaboration. Preferably with some sort of trust rating or review of the person.
(I’ve been trying to google it, but I’m not hitting the right keywords obviously)
Not looking for incubators, or sites like elance or whatnot. Just entrepreneurs wanting to create hobby / startup sites. Obviously this would mean plodding through lots of “My idea is like twitter but better!”. Hopefully there is a site with decent crowd.
