As far as I know, the only free one-button-submission servcice for social bookmarking sites is Onlywire.
It allows you to submit a bookmark to 33 popular bookmarking sites at the same time, but you first need to add their button to your blog or website.
I think www.onlywire.com suggested by dwightgenius is right option to submit sites in all popular social bookmarking sites. How much it is effective, no idea. However all social bookmarking sites have their own tool to submit sites fastest. So you also can use that tools.

Don’t bother… this qualifies as a violation of pretty much every social networks terms of usage and constitutes SPAM (social networks are about other people recommending your content, not you doing it yourself)… by using tools to submit all of your own content you run a very real risk of having your website blacklisted, potentially banned from Google (their anti-spam policy includes trying to pawn easy backlinks from social bookmark sites ), you will be banned from the social networks and may have additional action taken against you for such deceptive, aggressive and degrading (borderline criminal) practices.
I used previously onlywire and it doesnt submits to all sites also using this tool you and your sites too get ban.submit them manually and with unique description that makes your site ranking.

You do realise most social networks are nofollow due to people (like in this thread) wanting to spam everywhere to hell right? You won’t get any rank.
Take a look at socialnetgate dot com. It providers registration as well as blog posting and updates capabilities.
most of social bookmarking sites using nofollow tag in external link so we can get benefit in PR second one is that you can not get too much traffic from these sites so why we use social bookmarking sites.
@Sikhar, social media initiative should be about getting your brand strengthened and engaging with your current and future customers. It should not be about getting more hits/pageviews on the site. Inbound marketing techniques leads to trust which is what a business or even an individual (for personal brand) should strive for.
Most Popular social bookmarking sites only have nofollow links. So, we can get only more traffic not much more ranking. Please try to do other activity for marketing sites.

still their are some dofollow that might help and even some forums are also dofollow.social bookmarks sites have huge difficulty to control spam but forums can control someway.just look the number of dofollow forums.
