I want to keep Mr in the text box

I want to keep the Mr or Mrs or Miss in text box, When user clicks in the text box he can write his name but he should not delete the Mr or Mrs or miss

I am getting Mr or Mrs or Miss from the select box.
When user select Mr or Mrs or Miss in the list box it is populating in the text box. Now when user enter his name he should not be able to delete the Mr or Mrs or Miss

How to do this please help me out.
