Depends on what purpose but I imagine for development. Many answered already. Get the best i7 + 8 gig mem + 512g SD and you’re ready to go. This is the bare minimum. Brand doesn’t matter to me.
The modern SSD drives are far better for performance and large capacities quite expensive. Consider a 112 GB SSD and use an external 500 GB drive.

You need to consider, that hdd disks are much cheaper than SSD, but also noiser.
