I need some questions answered. Help

First I would like to say hi to everybody. I am currently trying to go to school for web development and I need some help to make that happen. I am looking for someone to answer some simple questions for me about web development. The reason I am asking this is because I am quadriplegic and I am currently trying to go to school and am enrolled in a local state program that helps disabled people go to school but first I need to find and ask someone that actually does web development some questions about that career. They want me to ask these questions to somebody who actually does this as a career so they can know that I’ve actually looked into this type of job and know what is expected. I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I’ve attached a text file with the questions. Thanks in advanced to anybody who helps me.

Hi DonMega and welcome to SitePoint.
