I need help on how o rank first on Google and other search engines like bing and yahoo i have drop backlinks with some websites any more suggestion will be good please

If you take a minute to think about your question, you’ll realise it’s unanswerable. Supposing there were some magic formula that would enable you to rank first on search engines: wouldn’t we all be using it? But then, we couldn’t all be first, so…
In order to rank highly, though, there is no shortcut. You have to earn the position by having an excellent site with unique content.
“Dropping backlinks” is possibly the least useful thing you can be doing. Google (and presumably other search engines) places little value on links which you can place yourself, and if you do it to excess, you may be penalised for violating their guidelines. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66356?hl=en
If you’re new to SEO, I’d highly recommend starting with Google’s “Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide”, which will give you a good grounding in the basics, and not offer any of the myths or bad advice that seem to abound in discussions on SEO.

hi dare, first i’ll say that i don’t agree with Technobear’s comment on backlinks, as they are the most important thing in seo. however, that is correct only if you do it smartly and in high quality sites. other than that, unique and quality content is your best friend along with on-site seo.

which suggests low-quality, self-placed links, of the kind which will have little or no benefit for their site. So as I said, not a useful exercise; there are better ways to spend your time.
Earned links are by far the most useful, and while this video is now a few years old, I think the suggestions are still valid:
