I don’t know if there are any, but these sites seem pretty worthless to me, anyhow. I doubt anyone visits those things, and their link value is probably somewhere between nill and zero.
What is it you really want to do? Presumably, to promote a site and attract more business. There are better ways to do that. 
I really want it because my project site is Australia based and i need to promote it… 
Yeah, but my point is that getting links to it from some dead end link farm won’t help the site much, if at all. Promoting is really about talking to / connecting with people, social media etc. etc.
