I have recently started a classified website targeted for Indian community, for this I thought an Idea, don’t know how this gonna help me in promoting my website to targeted audience, please suggest me or give me some inputs.

Targeted Community: Real Estate Ad posting, Automobile sales(cars and two wheelers ads), Electronic Goods ( computers, Cameras, Mp3 players etc), Educational Services (Coaching Institutes, Home tutions, college admissions etc), Jobs( IT and Non IT) And Other services .
Plan: I did little research on some of my competitors websites and I observed that most of the ads are posted my Real estate Agents, Automibile Agents (like two wheeler dealers, user car dealers), Jobs consultancies.
I am planning to collect their phone numbers and send an invitation to visit my website and post a free ad, upon number of posts they add to my website I would like to give them a free phone recharge coupon of say 50 minutes talk time.
As per my knowledge 50 minutes talk time wont cost more than Rs.25, If I send say this invitation to 100 members , It cost me Rs.2500.
Based on the output I can also plan to put this idea for new visitors to invite their friends so that they can earn free coupons of phone recharge.
The reason I took phone recharge because, Indians spend most of their time on phone or movies.
Please give me some honest inputs before I execute this promotion.
