I’ve just tested the PDF, EPUB and MOBI functionality on your account, and all 3 downloaded successfully across both books. You appear to have the right permissions to download the books, so I have to ask first, can you try again just to confirm it wasn’t a bug?
Please let me know if you’re still facing problems downloading.
