I can not find any info on the HTML5 <main> element on W3.org

I can not find any info on the HTML5 element on W3.org. I can find various tutorial sites that cover it, but I would like to find where it’s mentioned on W3.org.

I would like to be pointed specifically to that page if anybody knows the url.

Thanks, that led me to the latest version: http://www.w3.org/TR/html-main-element/. For some reason, some of the links earlier were leading to a W3.org page with a duck on it.
