2nd point i’d make is that it appears that the pagination is mostly occurring on comments - if this is the case then these are very low-value pages in terms of content. I’d consider canonicalizing paginated comment pages to your main article page (don’t canonicalize articles that are paginated).
Most of the duplicates you’ve shown there are due to pagination.
So I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Google will recognise that your pages (page-2, page-3, etc) with the same title are just extra pages of the same topic or section. Worst case is those extra pages might be filtered out of the results.
If you want to fix it up, a simple way is to get your paginated pages to include the page number in the title, therefore each will be unique.
